Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. - RSRachel SDec 24, 20251.0Absolutely ruined my Christmas eve, I had the most rude, nasty, and passive aggressive associate—his name was Ambrose—I have ever had at any Lush store in all of my years of shopping with them. He wasn't just nasty to me, I saw this behaviour with a few customers and his coworkers. Extremely disappointed in the company that they had to scrape the bottom of the barrel with this one very rude, entitled, and disrespectful unkempt man.

Whether you're just restocking or you only have a vague idea what you want, they're great at helping you out. They're really good at packing online orders for same-day or pick-up-in-store, they always seal the bag and everything is packed well and safely. Even right now with the jammed holiday shopping, I still got great customer service today, with help smelling new fragrances and assistance finding things in the shop. The staff are great at making samples, answering ingredient questions, and checking people out quickly. And the staff are so warm and conversational! Literally every time I come it's just so much fun. And they have the archive products now, so if you want to smell/buy those products, they're there!

I'm sad they discontinued the Sakura product I was trying to restock, but it's alright it means I get to pick up other items,plus their soap options are always unique. Still keeping my fingers crossed they will one day have the SEX Bomb scent available in everything from shampoo to lotion, to a longer lasting perfume oil.
