After a week, my hair is not how I imagined it. She cut too much of my hair. I felt rushed when she blow dried my hair. Before that, she was very thorough and detailed with my hair, but rushed towards the end. It was too the point I tipped her more because I felt bad she had to do my hair because I know it's a lot to maintain. I miss when hairstylist made it a point to make sure their work was exactly how you wanted before you left so you can run and tell your friends creating more clients. I just had a baby and just wanted to look really nice to build my confidence and show my husband and I wasn't able to do that.

I asked if that was the cost to trim off damaged hair alone and the female told me "we don't do that here". So, this place doesn't remove damaged split hair apparently. It's weird, honestly.
