  Augustus was absolutely amazing he completely transformed my hair and saved a home haircut gone wrong. I had just gotten new ear piercings the day before and he was so incredibly gentle and accommodating. I booked another appointment with him on site!

  If it wasn’t for the horrible checkout experience by NANOU I would of given my stylist Rosa 5 stars - I had wanted use 20% off promo for new customers - when I was ready to checkout she refused to use promotion by saying she can see I went to Hair Cuttery years back - website and store front said BUBBLES not Hair Cuttery - she has horrible customer skills and refused to apply disc I was supposed to get - instead of being friendly & simply taking care of the customer as she would want someone to do for her - she instead wanted to show she can say NO-/// I want corporate to reach out to me and I want my cc to be adjusted with the 20% off that I was supposed to get when I booked my appt originally- this company has deceptive marketing! And this company needs to change its name to Bubbles aka Hair Cuttery since apparently it’s all the same - as if average person making an appt would even know this!

  Great experience and the stylist was able to care for my 4c hair. I wear natural styles and she was able to recommend products for my hair.

  I love love love when Cassidy does my hair. I’ve been going to her for about 3 months now and no matter the style she is able to do it. Her energy is always great and she’s very personable compared to other stylist i’ve been to.

  came in and got the absolute worst haircut of my life. the stylist totally didn’t feel like highlighting me and processing my dyed dark hair so she did a glaze instead which i do myself every week and would never go to a salon for. she proceeded to give me the worst haircut of my life. like if that is her skill level, i am truly concerned that the maryland state board has not revoked her license. my hair was completely crooked, there were chunks cut out, and the entire right side was a giant blocky shelf. she proceeded to style my hair so badly that afterwards i had to run to the mall and put my head under the faucet of the bathroom sink. i am not one to complain, and i paid and tipped the stylist very well. i knew my hair was far too short seeing as i asked for the length to stay and she cut at least 4 inches off… but i thought maybe i needed to wash it and it would be ok. mind you, i have had a haircut that i didn’t want but it wasn’t bad, this was HORRIFIC. it looked like i got my head stuck under a lawn mower. my hair was downright embarrassing and i made the call to bubbles to correct my hair. i was truly terrified to let this woman near my hair with scissors but i didn’t want to pay to go elsewhere. the appointment was for 4pm on tuesday, the stylist didn’t show. i waited for 30 minutes and 2 stylists working checked on me twice and one offered to fix my haircut. it took her about 50 minutes cutting for free and i had to lose even more inches. i am now stuck w a short haircut that i didn't ask for and nobody has reached out for a refund. i believe the woman that destroyed my hair is a manager and her name is Nanou. i would love to go back to the stylist that fixed my hair, but i feel as though i can’t return with Nanou as the manager. DO NOT book with Nanou if you have beautiful long hair, she will look out the window and cut chunks out disregarding anything she has ever learned in cosmetology school, i could do a better job cutting my own hair after drinking 4 vodka sodas. i am still waiting to hear back from Bubbles.
