She is very experienced and clearly passionate about overall hair health, not just the style. She handled my hair with so much care and took her time, which I truly appreciated. Throughout my visit, she checked in with me several times to make sure I was comfortable and okay. She also gave me helpful aftercare recommendations to keep my hair healthy. The attention and intention she gave to my hair meant so much to me. I would definitely recommend Cassidy to my friends and family. She’s awesome!

I walked into Bubbles just to ask if they worked with natural hair, and thankfully Pam was at the front desk — which truly felt meant to be. From my very first visit, Pam took amazing care of my hair. She is knowledgeable, gentle, and truly understands how to work with natural textures. What I appreciated most is that she always respected my preferences — she never pushed me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. I prefer to have my hair blown out straight before a trim, and Pam always honored that and worked with me, not against me. Not only did she give me great trims, but she also shared helpful tips on how to keep my natural hair healthy between visits. Pam is truly a spectacular stylist, and I always left her chair feeling confident and well cared for. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially those with natural hair looking for someone who really listens and knows what they’re doing.

My fear of going to someone else was eased when Hope color & cut my hair. She did a wonderful job on the cut & color.
