    My mother and I were both assisted by Aletha. She is fantastic! She skillfully gave us both a thorough hair and scalp analysis and recommended techniques and products for our unique needs. I would absolutely recommend consulting with Aletha if you visit this location. I look forward to visiting here again!

    Aveda, oh, if you've not been to the store, you've missed out on an experience! All the natural scents blend together, and it smells wonderful🥰! The store in the Columbia Mall in Maryland is a delightful experience! The staff is professional, polite, and eager to answer your questions. Oh, if you open, they can do a simple but quick facial!! Do it, to experience the products and the ambiance of the beautiful staff at this store! It's worth it 🤩

    I have been a very loyal customer of Aveda products and I have always been satisfied with the help I received in all stores. Today I felt like I was a burden to salesperson. When I asked about a fairly new product and it’s purpose vs. another product I am currently using. I received a really short answer. I also observed her communication (body language, tone of voice) with another shopper and I was not treated the same. I usually do not write reviews but I feel that this store should do some in-servicing on cultural diversity and customer service. With my husband being prior military, I have traveled quite a bit and recognize when others are not treated equally.
