  My stylist, Kaneez always does a fantastic job on my hair coloring- I like my natural hair color and she does the best match. She does a great and thorough job from the beginning of the hair coloring process to the last step in blow drying and styling! She is very kind - always serving tea or coffee, professional and very friendly! She also a does a great job with eyebrows threading for me!

  AMAZING!! I went in today at 11am and got seated promptly with Pamela. She was so amazing and her haircare tips were so helpful. She was so sweet and the haircut came out amazing! Like I told her, this was probably the best haircut i’ve gotten. 10/10!!

  I went in for a consultation and was initially happy that the stylist who came to talk to me said she could do my hair that day. But, she overwhelmed me, kept walking away, didn't listen to me, didn't explain things when I asked questions or clearly stated that I didn't understand something. I wanted a partial/full balayage where just the bottom 3-ish inches were lightened and then colored. I provided a picture for reference. She approached me at one point with a bowl of bleach and a bottle of something and said "I am going to mix so umm it will be stronger" to which i said I didn't know what that meant, she said "okay" and then walked away and came back only to begin bleaching my hair. What was in the bottle? Was it an upcharge that I didn't request? It wasnt until after she started bleaching my hair that she asked if some unknown "she" had told me what the cut/color would cost me. I asked who and said no, because nobody had discussed cost with me. I would have asked if the stylist had stayed still or listened long enough, but I was overwhelmed. Then, after she rinsed the color, it looked more like what I would expect after 5+ shampoos, not fresh vibrant color. It also did not appear to be even. I was told it was due to my (natural) part after color being different than when she had bleached/dyed - but shouldn't she have factored in the part prior to color? She also said that the color (a dark green) was even and it was all good, despite only parts having been saturated green, but more of it looking lemon yellow than dark green. She ultimately put more color on my hair and it seems better, though it isn't quite what I asked for. It was stressful and overwhelming and at the cost I left unsatisfied. I will not return, at least not to the same stylist.
