The store is beautifully organized with amazing products and great deals, but what truly made my visit outstanding was the Manager. She was absolutely wonderful—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed. Without being bothersome, all the staff went out of their way to ensure I was enjoying my experience and finding everything I needed - it really made me feel valued as a customer. Their professionalism created such a positive shopping experience - not something I could say for my visit there last year. I'll definitely be returning soon and highly recommend this store!

When I got there they said it wasn't in stock. They made a mistake. Huge disappointment! But the way the store manager Sherisa Mitchel and her staff tried to fix it was amazing. She hunted for my number and called me to apologize. Mailed me my products. Just amazing customer service! I will definitely be going back ! Thanks cherish!
