Explain the style that I want. And Stephanie did cut it the way I want it. I would definitely have her as my new hair stylist.

But she was behind so someone else stepped in. Tbh I would’ve waited for the other one because this lady acted like it was a massive intrusion that we were there. Against my better judgement we proceed. It’s just a hair cut right. The woman sit my kids down and she asks if we’re getting a wash and blow dry too (demeanor while asking was we’re intruding). I said yes. Maybe I look poor but she said so condescendingly you know that’s $49. Uhhh yea I do “okayyy”. Did I say or do something to imply I can’t afford a $50 haircut? I was going to add on curling but after that I’m good. We had to listen to everyone talking crap about ppl not cleaning up after themselves, dissing management since “she” doesn’t fix anything. Then the blow dry could not possibly has less effort put forth. Blow out implies big round brush leaving with volume. Nope flat as paper still damp. And we noticed this morning absolutely uneven. Yall need help. The 3 stars is because I’m being nice and we got in so quickly. And let me say every other salon around here offer $50-$60 hair cuts wash blow dry and STYLE. No extra costs for putting a flat iron or curling iron through it. Don’t waste your money at this place.
