Never once have they listened to my request. What I ask for is simple, all I ask is that they barely touch the front of my hair, I like it long. Never once have they listened. This most recent time the barber measured exactly where I would like it cut to. Perfect, I agree. Last 30 seconds of the haircut they chop off twice as much as they measured. The haircuts themselves look fine, I don't hate the way my hair looks, but it is not what I asked for and I walk away disappointed every time.
