She also trimmed her hair and made sure to ask my daughter how she wanted it trimmed and how much she wanted to take off. Brandy is also amazing. Our eyebrows have never looked better!

- DGDorothy GallagherMar 17, 20261.0At first I gave a good review, but I decided I was being too kind. Two hair stylists upset me. In fact they said the same thing. Both said 'I don't have a lot to work with'. I have genetic alopecia, and I am older. I called out one stylist today. I said her comment was rude. I gave her an example that its like going up to a person and telling them they are fat. It hurts. The stylist apologized. The other young man who cut my hair last year was not even aware that his comment was cruel. He gave me a ridiculous hair cut to 'help me'. I was too embarrassed to call him out. I gave both a tip which which I shouldn't have. I complemented both on their 'nice' hair to show them how to treat others. The owner of the shop needs to train the staff to accept all hair types without negative comments. I will not go back in there anymore. Professional stylists would not say anything, or they could be just be kind. Alopecia is a sad 'condition'. Please have a chat with your staff. I was shocked I heard the same thing today. I'm sorry they don't like to "work' with thin hair. I was mortified not once, but twice.
