  I tell all my friends about how Hair Cuttery is a hidden gem! As someone with natural hair (4b/4c), I never thought I could get my hair done here, but RYAN the stylist you are! Everything from calling to book or online booking has been seamless. My hair is treated with care and the products used are top notch! I’ve only ever done the deluxe blowout and cut service and I always look forward to my appointments.

  Mariana does an amazing job with my hair every time! I always come in with a dream for my hair and she always makes it happen for me! She always listens to how I like my hair cut and styled. I I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair but Mariana!

  Came in yesterday, was in the area and needed a haircut. I went in asking for a basic trim, wash and blow dry and a trim of my bangs. I was referred to Tsion for my haircut who basically whispered the entire time. She spent a minute or two at the computer, asking what I wanted done and then said let’s go the chair. I expected maybe $50 for what I wanted done. At no point in time was I told the price of what I was gonna pay. Which is partially my fault because I should have asked. Washing went fine, a lot of product was used. At the chair, she did not cut my bangs at all. Don’t understand how you do a haircut without trimming bangs but whatever. A blowout was done which I also did not ask for. Got to the checkout and the total before my discount was added was $62. Which is outrageous for a basic cut. I checked my receipt upon leaving and saw there was two separate blow out charges. Be aware, they charge you almost $15 just for having a little over shoulder length hair. I contacted support, having been disappointed. And considering this hair cuttery was almost an hour and a half from my house. I received a call this morning, and was told that several stylists claimed I was told the price. Which is funny, because nobody was standing beside her at any point so how would you know? I was never once told the price. And to be acted like I’m lying is honestly offensive. I’m not one to complain, I love offering support of anyone I can. But to be called a liar is upsetting. Especially considering I also tipped her 20% even with a terrible haircut. Whatever you do, don’t waste your time or money here. Editing this to say, look at reviews before you book. Apparently this is something they do often. It’s not okay and I will be reporting this to my bank.
