  My experience at Rowan was amazing. I got four piercings and the technicians that did my piercings were amazing. They explained each step of the process and made sure I was okay after each piercing. The store itself is very clean, which was very important to me in selecting a place to get my piercings. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and I will return for future piercings.

  I took my 11-month old daughter to Rowan for her first ears piercing and it was such a great experience for us. I like that they provided a private room for us so I can immediately soothe my daughter by breastfeeding and she immediately stop crying. The staff there were very friendly and well trained in handling babies. I would recommend this place.

  My first time using Rowan was for my 9th piercing. I highly recommend this location for needle piercings because of the jewelry selection and the expertise of the Nurses. Special Thanks to Nurse JoJo! She took incredible and GENTLE care of me and my BFF & Niece. The three of us had a lot of questions (and jokes). JoJo took the time to explain the jewelry, the piercing process and the after care. We look forward to seeing her again when we go back for our follow up appointments.

  We brought both of our daughters to Rowan for their ear piercings, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The studio has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately put our girls at ease. The staff was incredibly professional, patient, and kind. They took the time to walk through every step of the process, answer all of our questions, and make sure both girls felt comfortable and confident before proceeding. The piercing itself was quick and precise, and the aftercare instructions were clear and thorough.
