Our manufacturing facilities are located on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh, as well as the lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishnabeg, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat. Ryan, thank you so much for the superb customer service and recommendations. Ryan gave me samples (face lotion, avocado wash, and soother toothpaste) which I came back and bought along with several other items. Ryan is a breath of fresh air and listens carefully. Thank you so much for being such an awesome person and Lush employee. They are luck to have you. My wife, daughter (enjoyed spending her 30$ gift card), and I will be back to this location for sure. 100 stars.

I was greeted by Ryan quickly after it was apparent I was lost in this new arena of skincare. The selection was not only large, it was clearly made by a company that understands; different products are necessary for different people. I was able to sample a few different products which was nice. The huge difference was knowledge. Ryan was able to explain why/how to use each product(nothing I’ve received from any other retail store). I will take an army to pry my hands off the stormy weather product. From customer service, to product efficiency, 10/10 experience. Thank you to the team and Ryan specifically.
