She explained each step of the process clearly, checked in with me often, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Her attitude and communication were truly appreciated. Unfortunately, despite her good intentions and effort, the final color turned out to be a light beige tone, which was not what I was hoping for. I had shown her photos of my previous highlights with brighter, warmer golden tones, as the beige shade makes me look older and does not brighten my face the way I wanted. That said, Abby handled my concerns professionally and kindly. She asked me to call back in a week and offered to try a color correction, which I really appreciated. It showed that she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to be happy with the result. Overall, while the color result was not what I expected, Abby’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to correct the issue stood out. I’m hopeful that the follow-up visit will bring the result closer to what I originally wanted.
