I’ve been seeing Dilma for more years than I can count and she’s done excellent work with color and cut. All the beauticians seem very excellent at their jobs!
The Hair Cuttery corp desperately needs to do a renovation of this place. It is probably been the same set up as over 20 years ago!! They need to invest in their properties! I’m not even sure if they pay the beauticians enough for their services. That’s probably another post. But if you’re looking for some great haircuts at reasonable prices check them out!

Not bad overall, except they told me it would be $107 before starting the service, but when I went to check out, the total turned out to be $117. When I asked about it, they said the lady who gave me the price was confused and mixed up the number — it was supposed to be $117, not $107. I paid anyway because I didn’t have much to say. I don’t mind the extra $10; it’s just that the price change at checkout caught me by surprise.

I understand mistakes happen, but when a salon is so difficult about making it right, lies, and blames the customer, then I feel obliged to warn others. I had my hair cut yesterday, the stylist did a dry cut, and I asked for adjustments because the under layer was longer. I was not shown the back. After washing the next morning it was clear the back was not straight and my bangs were - I have no other words than a mess. I do not think she pulled them all forward.
When I called, I was first told the manager was busy, then when I said I would wait I was told she was not there at all. Then the stylist called back and told me she had let me check my hair. So, blaming me. No refund offered.
I went to my normal stylist, who asked if I had cut my bangs myself. A picture says a thousand words. Still hoping for a refund so the cost of fixing the cut is offset.
