After the shampoo, the stylist went to the front of the shop and then came back and told me that my blowout was actually going to be $47 because of “waves, and texture of hair.” I was shocked. My hair is totally normal! It falls to my collar, and is not thick. I should have walked out, but with wet hair on a winter day?! Total “Bait & Switch” and wonder if that happens for all appts. booked online.
