  Looked ok when I left but as my hair dried (bc the blowout I paid for was never mentioned) I can see how bad this haircut came out… the layers are horrible and choppy, the technique was all wrong but I tried to trust the process. This is the first time in my life I’ve had such a bad haircut. The salon is also filthy, consider hiring professional cleaners to come at least once a week bc this location desperately needs it.

  The Asian woman who Cut my hair was nice but didn’t wash my hair nor offer this to me. Yet she charged me for a cut and wash. When I asked, she said people usually don’t want to get their hair washed because it’s cold outside. I told her my favorite part of getting my haircut is the wash and scalp massage.

  I recently took my daughter to Hair Cuttery to have her hair washed and dried. As a single dad, I sometimes choose to have a professional handle it because she has a lot of hair and it can be difficult to manage. The stylist washed and conditioned her hair, which seemed fine. However, when it came time to dry it, I noticed she only blow-dried it until it stopped dripping, but her hair was still noticeably wet. When the stylist said she was finished, I was confused. There may have been a slight language barrier, but that’s not the main issue. The issue is that I specifically requested for my daughter’s hair to be washed and dried — and it simply wasn’t fully dried. It was 43 degrees outside, and sending her out with wet hair was not acceptable. I’m not one for confrontation, so I paid for the service and took my daughter home to finish drying her hair myself. Unfortunately, this particular Hair Cuttery location has not met the standard of service I’ve experienced at other locations. I hope they can improve their attention to detail and customer care in the future.
