  Took my son in for a hair cut and she butchered it. When I asked why it wasn't blended in more she claimed it was his calick. Never ever will I step foot in there again. I have to take him to his normal hair cutter ( who was on vacation) just to get it fixed.

  Terrible. I see why they mailed out coupons cause they need business. Took my son there, the girl never even acknowledged us. I made sure my son said “hi, how’re you?” She was unprofessional from the start. She chopped his hair so awful all around, it is so uneven. She cut my son’s hair straight across his forehead, he looked ridiculous. We have picture day this week, and due to the awful cut decided to opt out for Spring photos. She then tried to argue with me and tell me I can just put product in it to give him a side part, when I brought him in- it naturally went to the side. When walking out, he goes “I do not ever want to go back there again, she hurt me” I looked on the back of his neck, he had so many red scratches and marks from the trimmer. He complained about it itching for 2 days cause it was irritated. Will never return here again and only came here instead of our regular barber because she didn’t have any openings before school pictures. Terrible experience. The entire vibe of the salon was depressing. I would never recommend, and after reading these reviews I am not the only one I see.

  Wasn’t sure who did my hair but she didn’t blend my hair at all and gave off impolite vibes. Didn’t try to talk to me at all and didn’t show me back of the head. Would love a refund.
