At checkout, the cashier (Erma K) was extremely rude — demanded my ID in a condescending way, made me feel accused of fraud, and stared at my info far too long. She never offered a bag and just watched me struggle to grab my items. Customer service was non-existent. If I were a new cosmetologist shopping here, I’d never want to come back.
