If they are not able to cut (a basic haircut) then, you need to say so and not let them butcher the customers hair. It’s an absolute disgrace to go into and come out worse than when you went in. So ladies beware don’t go in here, don’t take that chance, because you are taking a big chance with your glory (hair) !
