- JJJoseph JosephDec 20, 20251.0I scheduled a 90-minute HydraFacial; however, the service ended approximately 15-20 minutes early, and I did not receive the full treatment time as advertised. Given the cost of this service, I expected the complete experience. Additionally, the esthetician named Me-Asia had really light pressure and I kept telling her to add more pressure when she was doing the lymphatic drainage massage. She kept dropping the Hydrafacial tips on the floor. Her hair kept going in my forehead. I told her your hair is on my forehead and she said it’s not so I felt gaslit by this when in fact it was true that her hair was touching my forehead. Moreover, while I was under the red-light portion of the treatment, the esthetician, Me-Asia, left the room. When the red light session ended, she did not return. I was left alone in a dark treatment room with no guidance or check-in. After waiting, I had to leave the room myself—wearing my sports bra—to notify the front desk that the facial red light session had ended and no one had returned. Several minutes later, the esthetician came back and explained that she was confused, she was sick and off work for some time which made no sense as to why she didn’t check back in with me or set an alarm to go back in the room. While I understand personal circumstances happen, this explanation does not excuse an incomplete service or the lack of professionalism during my appointment. Overall, the experience did not meet the standard or value promised, and I left feeling disappointed and I stated this to the front desk.

Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.

For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
