- TATasha AndersonMar 20, 20243.0I didn’t get to experience the place today because of an accident but prior to that I wasn’t sure if I really wanted to go only because after I set the appointment I was called and texted about my appointment just to confirm which I did. After that is when it went downhill for me. I was called everyday after that about my appointment and if I didn’t answer I would be called back to back until I answered. It was very annoying. Oh and they also wanted me to make final payment 2 days prior to my appointment which I wasn’t gonna do until I received my services. I was called everyday up to the day before my appointment. I due believe if I would have attended the appointment it would have went well. But jumping down a customers throat about an appointment everyday. is only going to turn them away. In response to lissential: I confirmed my appointment 48 hours prior and was still called everyday after that back to back to continually confirm the same appointment I confirmed 48 hours prior. To which I responded to the last call on Tuesday “I confirmed this appointment 3 times.” I also have the call log to prove it was a continuous.
