  if you've been going to this salon for years and are having a good experience, by all means keep going. the woman who cut my hair used a dirty comb and hairbrush, and there's more. I over paid and over tipped just to get out of there.

  I has an appointment I came in 15 mins ahead of time for my appointments They took walk in customer who would like to purchase hair’s products ahead of me, I was still nice n patient, they checked out a customer ahead of my waiting line, I was nice n fine, my hair stylish came n to told me she was in the middle of a walked in customer who was asked for my hair stylish to fixed her hair I blocked my schedule for 4 hours for my hair cut, highlights n toner for my long hairs, I was very surprised n up set, I asked how long would you be I can wait My hair stylish said I don’t know I left Very disappointed

  My stylist listened to my hopes and gave me a great cut. I didn't feel compelled to come home and get out my own scissors to fix anything. LOL. I thought it looked great and I am happy with my experience.

  I made an appointment for a Sunday at 11:00am. They did not tell me that JC Penney is closed until 12:00pm on Sunday so I stood outside, locked out for awhile being ignored by the workers in Penney's. I called the salon and they sent a manager to unlock the door. When I arrived my stylist was nowhere to be found so I left after 20 minutes. It's not that big of a deal but I was furious.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience was so positive that I figured they deserved the credit. Guaranteed good customer service here, whether it be on a phone call or in-person experience. This is one of the few places I feel comfortable in during the pandemic because it’s clear they’re COVID-19 compliant judging off the salon’s cleanliness and precaution. The manager sets high standards and it shows in the results. I would highly recommend going here if you’re looking for professionalism, beautiful hair, and the right products for maintaining their work.
