- DMDVR MorrisFeb 10, 20265.0In August, 2025, a Hair Cuttery manager used poor judement and bleached my thin hair, removing my color to white to deposit a color. I have been coming to Cuttery for over 20 years for color. No stylist has ever bleached my hair. As the result, I had to got all my hair cut off to only 3 to 1 inches. I returned yesterday crying and Kara was very compassionate, competent, and patient. Why do bring incompetent people to this location as a manager while you have atleast 4 qualified stylists with over 15 years experience with great track records? My has never been this short since infancy. This is really different. I was sick in my bathroom after I return home with this extreme hair cut I was forced to do! It would have been a difference experience if I selected to cut my hair, but I hair was in bad condition and NEEDED to be cut off.
