  Poor experience- my husband booked a makeup appointment for my Valentine’s Day gift at this location on 2/21. We drove an hour because there is no Chanel beauty near us. Ultimately, I did not feel my makeup was done properly at all. Eyebrows left untouched (not even shaded in). I felt forced by the staff who did my makeup and pressured into buy everything she used on me. She was very nice during the service but when it came time to checkout and I only ended up purchasing the foundation it was very obvious her attitude had changed. I will not be coming back to this location.

  Upon my first visit to the Chanel Boutique on 11/1 with one of my best friends, I was just looking to get a lip balm! Tamera helped us! My friend was interested in fragrances. Tamera made some great recommendations and let us try so many different scents! I decided to treat myself since it was my birthday weekend! I initially purchased Noir and a clear lip balm. Tamera made me feel like I spent a million dollars! She was very intentional with packaging and ensured that I was most content with my visit. I noticed that the boutique did have a few small leather goods on display and inquired about pouches. Tamera said she would keep me informed about the new ones expected to come in soon. Tamera followed up with me to thank me for my visit and made sure to provide exclusive updates about new SLGs in my desired color! I have had the best experiences with my visits to Chanel. Thanks to Tamera, I was able to get a gorgeous case today!

  Chanel delivered an outstanding shopping experience. The staff was not only professional but also incredibly welcoming and fun to be around. A special shout-out to Tamera (not Tamara or Tammy...iykyk. LOL), who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of sunglasses—even though I hadn’t planned on buying anything when I walked in! What really stood out was the positive energy from the entire team, including the security guard. Their friendly attitudes and genuine spirit made the whole visit enjoyable and memorable. It’s rare to leave a luxury store feeling both taken care of and uplifted, but Chanel made that happen. Thank you for such a great experience!

  I reallyed shopping here and was helped by Tamera. Although the sunglass selection is limited, She was sure to show me everything that they had And give me honest opinions about the items I tried on. I was able to find a pair that I really really liked for the summer In sample the new Gabrielle fragrance. She was patient and helpful, which I really appreciated. Can’t wait to shop the Makeup side of the store when it’s not 100° outside lol
