I came to this Annapolis location for the first time, selecting Carrie from an online list of stylists, so it was ‘sight unseen’, to a certain degree ; I didn’t know her scope of work, but I saw that her credentials were the highest within the organization. Upon arrival, I explained to her everything that was wrong with my previous highlight/experience at Ulta. As a result, she came up with the most brilliant and beautiful solution for my hair of which she spent extra time, with me, explaining the different methods/reasoning for the treatment/process—executing a phenomenal highlight/color combo—not to mention the cut as well!! So thankful for her incredible skill and attention to detail— what a gift she is!! My whole family sees her now. 😉🥳. #winning.

She listened, she made suggestions and conversation was great! The location itself is easy to find, friendly staff and clean. Definitely would recommend this location and Nina too.

When I showed examples, the hair dresser criticized my examples of the hair style I wanted because they were of a fortnite skin telling me that's not a real person. Regardless, they still have hair and a hair style? They weren't bald. Then she told me she would have to wet my hair which I said was fine, I just didn't want a shampoo to this she responded that if she wet it she would need to shampoo it so at that point I decided to leave.
