- AAAnOct 25, 20181.0Should be able to give zero stars. The manager Jeanae was extremely rude and refused to return a defective hair dryer which was within the 60 day return policy. When I questioned her about why she wouldn’t return it, she told me to “get out of her store” and as I approached the door, she yelled and “Don’t come back” I have been shopping at the Annapolis store for over 8 years and have rarely returned anything or had any issue with any of the employees. This was the first time I had come into contact with the manager Jeanae. We are in the customer service business. Salon Centric needs to re-evaluate their customer service policy, if their own manager treats loyal paying customers with disrespect and incorrect policy. I understand everyone has a bad day, but this managers behavior goes way beyond rude and disrespectful.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
