  Connie did an outstanding job on my hair. She is very personable and thorough with her work. She made sure to have an understanding of what was wanted and did magic. Highly recommend. I am a first timer and will be back again, Thank you Connie and JCPenny!

  The one star is because they claim to be open but they don’t have anyone there to do the job. I went on Thursday to get my daughter and my hair done and they didn’t have anybody there. They said that they will have someone there on Friday afternoon, I went back and they didn’t want to take us. The guy said that nobody would cut my 7 years old daughter’s hair. Ridiculous!

  The customer service was fine but the service was terrible. I asked for an eye brow wax and said Injiat wanted a clean up. I have pretty nice eyebrows and when the stylist was done they were small slits. They were not cleared up because I still had long pieces that were not trimmed. I showed her a picture of my hair blown out and curled and told hers I’d like that style. I told her I don’t use. a lot of product on my hair. She lathered my hair in mouse. And I could tell by the way she was blow drying my hair, she has to be inexperienced. She then curled it and after half way, I to her that’s not the style and showed her the picture again. She was saying the curls will fall. Once she was done, the style looked horrendous.

  Went two days in a row to have my sons haircut into a Mohawk and the first time was told by Chakia "I don't know how to do that" and was then scheduled for the next day with ,Christine,someone who supposedly does. Got there today and it was quite apparent when I walked in to be told she hadn't gotten there yet but she has an appt in 15 mins that she most likely wouldn't be showing up so I can't fault her for that(management should have been on top of that once they realized who I was coming to see)However I can fault them for knowing she wasn't coming and then just letting me sit there. Then I start hearing whispers about why she isnt there and no one knows how to cut a Mohawk or "hasn't done them in awhile" Then referring me somewhere else which should have been done when I first walked in coupled with an apology. Should've never giving them another chance after they burned my scalp a few years ago:(
