- JDJohanna DavisDec 15, 20231.0Made an appointment for a Sunday at noon, booked 3 hours of time for a routine highlight/low light and trim. The person that I booked called me to explain I needed to come in 2 hours earlier for a consultation on that same Sunday morning at 10am. He also mentioned I might need to pay for extra services. Basically he talked me into a cancellation and could have cared less when I did. So, yah… don’t waste your time.
- SYswapna yeluriSep 29, 20231.0The customer service was fine but the service was terrible. I asked for an eye brow wax and said Injiat wanted a clean up. I have pretty nice eyebrows and when the stylist was done they were small slits. They were not cleared up because I still had long pieces that were not trimmed. I showed her a picture of my hair blown out and curled and told hers I’d like that style. I told her I don’t use. a lot of product on my hair. She lathered my hair in mouse. And I could tell by the way she was blow drying my hair, she has to be inexperienced. She then curled it and after half way, I to her that’s not the style and showed her the picture again. She was saying the curls will fall. Once she was done, the style looked horrendous.
- ASAngela SpencerMar 26, 20213.0They try their best to a accommodate walk in appointments ( my appt was w/in an hour). FYI a " wash and set" isn't the same as a wash and rod/roller set. Be clear about what service you need as there may be a price difference. Otherwise, it's clean and quiet.
- JRJackie ReinauerMar 9, 20215.0I've been coming to the salon for years. Love the staff and stylists. They are all friendly and welcoming. The stylists I see are very knowledgeable about styles in interested in. More importantly, living with a well did damage to my hair, they were able to address my issues. If you want a fun weave, you don't have to head to DC or Baltimore, you can have that service done at the Salon.
