  Both stylists were fantastic . My 8 yr sat down she treated like he was only person in the place he loved it . Hair cut was fantastic .A woman named Carrie cut my hair for the first time and it was easily the best cut I have had in years . We will definitely be going back.

  Quite a busy place. One of the few Hair Cutteries left in the area. You can walk-in or make an appointment. My hairstylist was professional and took care to fulfill my request. I saw men, women, and children taking advantage of the variety of services available, such as hair cut, trimmed, dye, perm, etc. Prices, I guess, are reasonable by today's standards, but I think it costs too much for just a trim.

  Haya did a wonderful job with the haircut and styling it. Unfortunately I couldn’t hear her very well and didn’t convey what I wanted very well so instead of straight across bangs I got sideswept bangs which bums me out but I can’t do anything about it now. I just attempted cutting it myself to fix the bangs but this is why you should always bring pictures of what you want or else how are they going to know. Price wise, with fine straight hair and a blowout it was $63 (with a 20% tip included.) Bad experience for me this time but not any fault of the staff, it was just too loud in there for me. I’m sad but like what can you do, just remember to make it clear if you go. I didn’t have it in me to ask for it to be corrected at the end.

  PLEASE READ IF YOU’RE CONSIDERING DYING YOUR HAIR The service I requested was partial highlights with blonde money pieces. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had due to the severe pain, chemical burns, and lasting scarring it caused. The stylist acted negligently and caused severe chemical burns to both sides of my face and my forehead. No preventative measures were taken to protect my skin, such as applying Vaseline along the hairline. It has now been over a month since the service, and my skin is still severely scarred. I attempted to contact the establishment at least 10 times to speak with a manager. Each time, I was told, “She’ll call you back,” after leaving my name and number multiple times. I never received a call. The only reason I was refunded was because I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company due to the negligence involved. In addition to the injuries, the actual hair results were extremely unsatisfactory. The blonde money pieces were yellow and completely untoned. Only bleach was used, despite me providing a reference photo clearly showing the color and shading I wanted. What makes this even more disappointing is that this was not my first visit to this salon. I am a regular client for hair coloring services and have been to this location before. This experience was a 0/5 and caused me significant distress, pain, and long-term damage.
