I asked them to trim and give her a little bit of layers to help it look fuller. The girl that took care of her couldn't even look Us in the eye and did not have what it takes to take care of an older person. Then when I saw how much they charged my credit card I almost blew my mind. $90 to cut my 80-year-old mom's hair a half an inch off the back. When did Hair Cuttery become as much as going to a salon. I will never go back and I will take her to a salon for people with better customer service and personal experience.
