Im not the type to speak up but i should’ve, i sat there and trusted the process, i had hair down to just above 4 inches from my belly button, i looked up once she was done and my hair was gone, she had cut it above my shoulders and attempted some layers but it looked like 2 strands of hair just sticking down the back.. i had to cut those off and just rock the bob, and after all that she had the audacity to ask me if i didn’t like my hair.. i thought i made it obvious and not only does she know nothing about curly hair but i also walked out tht salon looking like a just woke up or stuck my finger in an electrical socket but to this day she is the reason i will nvr go to a salon again to get my hair cut because these ppl to scissor happy
