- RNRed NesbittAug 23, 20251.0Yeah, I think it's time to find a new venue for haircuts. This is the second time I've had an awful experience. The stylist, Kirsten took one look at my hair (I showered the morning of) and rushed me back to the shampoo station, knowing I was going for a haircut. So naturally there's a need for the hair dryer, which for some reason Kirsten felt that it needed to be nearly touching my ears and held there for 30 seconds, I was extremely uncomfortable. When we talked through the style I wanted, I suppose I didn't specify to her liking, because she took on this weird unprofessional look like I was some cave dweller who's never seen a pair of scissors before. And then she's taking the hair buzzer and chipping away at my hair one handed like she's taking a grater to a cheeseblock. When I requested that she trim the back an inch shorter, I'm fairly certain she hit nowhere near that. I was so embarrassed, (and the looks from other patrons didn't inspire confidence) that I called it that and paid. And I'm in service work, I always tip but today I just couldn't do it. Hey Kirsten I know its just a job and I'm sorry to be rude but PLEASE try to be more patient, gentle, understanding and just plain more respectful or I fear you will have a disappointing career ahead of you.

After 25 min waiting, a lady finished with a client and came and asked about the appts to me and another guy.(his was at 1130) she went ahead and took him first and let us there waiting...i said ok I get the younger stylist...she will be faster! Nope! She was done and came and asked and said the other lady will take us because she had a color appt in 3 min. The person wasnt there, at this point we have been waiting for 45 min, she was making excuses of how she had a color appt no matter we had an appt for 1115. The she proceed to say is only 2 of us! I get it was only 2 of them but when I made the appt it was for 1115. I was on time! How they can not jump us not once but twice? Worst experience! Customer service is awful. Dont waste your time!

My hair feels fried. I did not walk out with my ash blonde. I walked out with whatever this is and chopped up hair butchered absolutely unbelievable unprofessional and unrealistic never again. Will I be going in this place. I spent 87$ on this bs waste of money could have done this to myself at home I tried doing it the right way so I wouldn’t end up like this but no. It was the older African American women who did my hair I gave her a some of 1 inch but she just kept cutting more and more unhappy is a understatement.
