While I was checking some products on the shelf, I was not aware that they were not testers. Instead of politely informing me or guiding me to the actual tester, the representative responded in an angry tone. This made me feel quite embarrassed and uncomfortable, and as a result, I left the store without making a purchase. I believe a calm and respectful approach would have made the situation much better. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future.

I checked this out when I returned home, to discover Clinique is definitely not cruelty free. This young lady looked me directly in the eye and lied to me! When I tried to return it, I was refused. I will never shop at The Cosmetics Store again. It was insulting to be lied to!!! Very poor customer service!! O stars!
