    I just went yesterday for shopping from Sephora sale and the staff was so good and friendly emma helped to find perfect shade of foundation to me .Thank you so much for really great service

    I was at Sephora on March 15th between 1-1:30pm. I was helped by a male sales associate who suggested a hair product for me (I was looking for a hair protectant spray) He recommended a new product by living proof - a restyling mist, he said that it doubled as a heat protectant spray. Perfect. I pay cash (in the service industry so that’s my preferred payment method) when I checked out the girl at the register ensured me she was sending me the receipt via email. So I go home with my three items, the spray and two moisturizers. A couple days later I try the spray.. i was not aware that it completely soaks your dry hair and you have to blow dry it and style it all over again, doesn’t that defeat the purpose of minimizing the use of hot tools? Oh well, no problem, I’ll go return it. I go this past Sunday in store to return and I searched all through my email and inbox and no receipt. Seems odd. So I bring this to the attention of two female employees, I’m told at the cashier that because there’s no proof of purchase they can’t refund of exchange the item for me?? I am a loyal paying customer, I’ve never had this situation happen before but isn’t it more so on the employees for not doing their job properly? Don’t tell someone you’re sending a digital copy then not do it. I’m not even looking for a refund I simply want to exchange it for a product that I’ll actually get use out of. Complete waste of $50.00. I’m told they cannot do anything and to reach out to customer service. So I call this morning, same situation. No proof of purchase no return or store credit. Isn’t that what surrveliance footage is for? A simple check at the footage and you’d see me with my three items checking out and paying cash! My best guess is whoever rang me up saw an advantage to me paying cash, purposely didn’t print me a receipt or email me a copy and pocketed the money. Unacceptable customer service from the store and the number I called. I expect this to be rectified otherwise I will not be shopping at Sephora again.

    My daughters are regular customers at Sephora and they spend a lot of money there consistently. Today, I noticed something concerning. When my daughter asked about the birthday gift, the cashier seemed hesitant and was asking unnecessary questions, almost avoiding giving a clear answer. However, as soon as I approached, the cashier’s attitude completely changed and suddenly offered them the birthday gift options. If I hadn’t walked in, I honestly feel like they wouldn’t have been treated the same. Teen customers should be treated with the same respect and fairness as anyone else, especially when they are loyal customers who regularly spend their money in your store. I hope staff can be more consistent and respectful toward all customers, regardless of age.
