  I just visited there usually customer service is great there except today. Anna, who was at front desk did billing for me she didn’t bother to greet and her attitude was so bad that she didn’t give a damn to the customers. She is so rude to me when I accidentally pressed backward arrow to enter my number at POS. She then shouted at me like i am a kid. I will give negative 100 today for there customer service. So unprofessional!!! Rude!!! Never going back there..!!!!

  I really enjoy shopping at the store . They have a great selection of products and everything is always well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. I especially want to mention Dima — he truly knows his job, gives professional advice, and helps you find exactly what you need. Every visit is a pleasant experience!

  I had a very lovely trip to this sephora! My experience was so great, greated with a smile asked by so many wonderful ladies, specially Gray/Grey she is awesome! I was feeling so down before coming in to the store and she noticed me and asked how am I doing we talked and I shared my day with her she’s shared alot of good things and encouragement makes me feel great! She introduced me a new skin care, replaced my old make ups, perfume and a new favorite dry shampoo from Amika! Thank you Gray/Grey!!! I will for sure tell all my friends to come see you, at regent location!
