  We love how attentive the staff is. As a woman of color, I appreciated that a sales associate stayed with me the entire time, even when I didn't want them around. I felt very tended to, and not at all like I was being targeted based on my skin.

  Went in looking for a specific Dior mascara. The display was poorly merched, with approx. only 20- 30% stock and the mascara I was looking for wasn't displayed. Found an employee who told me they must have changed both the packaging and formula - I was looking for their main/original formula, why would they change that? She didn't sound confident, so while standing there I found the one I wanted on your website to show her. She went and got another associate who came and also told me they had changed the packaging. I asked then why would you have old photos of this posted on your website. She checked again and said we carry it, but it won't be in stock until Friday. I updated the pickup location on my phone and said it says I could pick it up here in 2 hours, why would it say that? She checked again and said the stock hadn't been updated since December. What? She finally said she would be back and returned a few minutes later with the mascara I was looking for. If I hadn't pushed I would have bought the formula I didn't want and thought the product was changed. Why would I go to the effort of going into a physical location, if your staff members aren't even informed on the product lines you carry? Why should I be checking your stock online because your employees aren't confident in your stock levels or merching the displays properly? Give people a reason to come into your brick and mortar stores. Stop driving customers to shop online.

  I don't know why Sephora St. Vital always think Im gonna steal from them. They follow everywhere I go, I can see them from peripheral. Also, there is this one time I bought a lipstick and at the counter I told them I'm going to avail my birthday gift freebie and this lady at the counter asked me a lot of questions. Like don't I know when my birthdate is and I am this close of showing them my drivers license.
