Unlike other locations, the staff here—especially at the checkout—are not friendly or polite, and the customer service is far below Sephora’s usual standards. The attitude of the employees and the lack of professionalism are very noticeable. Additionally, the wait time for even simple tasks is unusually long, which makes the overall experience frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues, as this branch does not reflect the quality that Sephora is known for.

I went to pick up and order - I purchased another item so didn’t want one item from the order - they said I could take the order and wait 15 mins and return and I waited all this while to come back in 25 mins and be told that they can’t do that yet and wait another 24hours. On top of the that staff are SO RUDE. Zee and Emma need some customer service training. Am sure they can do better if they start not racially profiling customers! You could literally see how they were serving based on how one “looked”

I ask her just email me my receipt she said she already sent but never received anything. Then she started talking about me to her colleague which seems very disrespectful. I don’t recommend everyone to shop here.
