I went to pick up and order - I purchased another item so didn’t want one item from the order - they said I could take the order and wait 15 mins and return and I waited all this while to come back in 25 mins and be told that they can’t do that yet and wait another 24hours. On top of the that staff are SO RUDE. Zee and Emma need some customer service training. Am sure they can do better if they start not racially profiling customers! You could literally see how they were serving based on how one “looked”

I ask her just email me my receipt she said she already sent but never received anything. Then she started talking about me to her colleague which seems very disrespectful. I don’t recommend everyone to shop here.

The lady was so rude and she looked me like I was a homeless trespassed in store. She rudely said that you have to wait in line. I thought she misunderstood, I said again I am here for pickup order, then she again said yes you have to come in line. Then she started talking about me to her colleague which seems very disrespectful. That whole environment becomes disgusting, so I have to leave without picking up. I will try my best to bring this scenario to management department.
