    I placed an order for pick up (as I have many times) and I don’t ever have a barcode for them to scan just the order number which I said « I’m not sure why but at least it’s showing in app and email confirming I placed the order » the girl at the till wasn’t going to give me my order, I understand you don’t want anyone going off with someone else’s order …then ask me for my ID and match my name and face. She was extremely rude and it’s sad because as customers we spend a lot of money on products just to leave feeling annoyed and pissed that you even contributed to a store with some staff member rude as ever. Sephora if there is a solution to why I’m not getting a barcode maybe train your staff to assist us or redirect us to have that bar code but know here did it say on the email you need one.

    I went to purchase some things using two gift cards, however, i still had some balance left on one of the gift cards. The sales associate who checked me out handed me the wrong gift card and now I am unable to access the money I still had on the gift card. Very disappointing experience.

    Genuinely don’t get all the negative reviews. From the minute I walked into the store every staff member I interacted with (honestly like 5 of them by the time I left) was an absolute angel. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a Sephora. I had my makeup done by Preye and that lady worked MAGIC. 100% would recommend if you have an event and want your face done up by a pro. She was patient, hilarious and very talented. The amount of compliments I got was bananas.

    I was disappointed with the level of customer service during my visit. The staff were not particularly friendly, and I was not greeted when I entered the store to exchange a product with a faulty spray bottle. It felt as though the beauty advisor was questioning the validity of my concern, despite the fact that I had contacted customer service the day prior and was explicitly told to go into the store for an exchange, which would be honoured. While I did ultimately receive a replacement product, the overall experience was not welcoming. Due to this experience, I would not return to this location and would instead go out of my way to shop at the Polo Park store in the future as they always have great customer service!

    the reviews are true! if you know what you are getting, might as well order online to save the trouble of not getting help from the staff and all the staff were standing around. i only get one item from sephora and evening going in this store once a year is dreadful! train your staff better to treat your customers better
