  Title: Stereotyped and embarrassed in front of other customers I had an uncomfortable experience at this Sephora location today approx 1330hr. While speaking with three other customers, a staff member looked at me and immediately asked if I was the delivery guy. There was no greeting, no offer of help, just that assumption, and she said it in front of everyone. As an Indian customer, this felt like a stereotype being applied to me, and it was embarrassing. I said no and walked away because I didn’t want the situation to ruin my day. I continued with my shopping and ended up spending over $500. Staff should never make assumptions about customers based on appearance.

  My usual go to location - I'm always in and out in a few minutes but I came in yesterday looking at some new products. I was standing their like an idiot for like 10 minutes starring because I didnt know what shade I would be. There were 2 or 3 workers standing not too far from me, didnt offer any help. I eventually went up to the girl at the front and she was awesome! Some of the best customer service I've received in a long time! I didnt grab her name, but she was great.

  My experience at this location was disappointing. The staff were not friendly or attentive and gave the impression that they didn’t want to work or help customers. This was very different from other Sephora locations where the service is truly A1 and you feel welcomed and supported. I hope they can improve their customer service at this store.

  ⸻ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service at Sephora – 1592 Regent Ave, Winnipeg! We would like to sincerely thank Dima for a wonderful shopping experience. He was very friendly, attentive, and professional. Dima took the time to explain everything clearly, showed us different products, and gave helpful recommendations. His positive attitude and genuine care for customers made our visit truly enjoyable. Employees like him make a real difference and create a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Dima, for the outstanding service!
