The associate there told me they were out of stock but mentioned that the Polo Park location had a few left, according to their online inventory. I trusted that information, took a bus, and traveled across the city — it took me nearly an hour and a half to get there. When I arrived, the staff at Polo Park told me they were also out of stock. When I mentioned that their system still showed two available, I was told “they might have been stolen or something.” That response was very unprofessional and frustrating. I wasted so much time and effort because of poor communication and inaccurate stock information. I really expected better service and accountability from Sephora.
