    Tass was not a pleasant interaction. I waited in line while she was at the register and she told me she couldn’t process my online order at the till…… I explained to her I always with in line and have always been helped at the till. She was rude and dismissive. Thanks Tass but customer service is just that, maybe you need more training to help people or a career adjustment.

    I ordered $180 product online and brought it to this location for a return when it did not end up working for me. I was issued a refund for in store credit only, meaning I cannot use it online, only in a physical store. I was not advised of this restriction and assumed I was being given a gift card that could be used online or in a store. The reason I don’t like shopping in person is that the store is incredibly overstimulating with super loud music, people loitering and teens/kids running around everywhere, messy and destroyed products on the shelves, and nothing is ever in stock. They also do not offer samples unless you beg an associate for one, whereas the website includes free samples with every order. I’m fed up with Sephora and will be looking for alternative places to purchase my beauty products from so I don’t have to deal with them anymore. I suppose my $180 will just rot for a few years until I happen to magically find something I want to buy in the store.

    I’ve visited this Sephora many times hoping someone would help me, but unfortunately the staff usually don’t show much interest. During my last visit, the experience was especially upsetting. I felt judged, and the expressions and behavior made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. It affected me so deeply that I had to step away to a quiet place just to calm myself down. Customer service should feel supportive and respectful, especially in a beauty store. I truly hope the team reflects on how their behavior can impact customers and works toward creating a more inclusive and kind environment.

    I went to Sephora at Polo Park and asked the cashier if there was a birthday gift available since it was my birthday. She simply replied, “No,” and " No gift " without any explanation. I found her response very rude and unfriendly. She could have explained the situation or offered an alternative. Last year, at the same location, the cashier gave me the birthday gift right away, smiled, and wished me a happy birthday.
