- JTJ T4 days ago5.0My daughter had recently placed an order online and when she had received it the products given were wrong. We first called this location to see what the next steps would be and Braden the floor supervisor at the time was so kind and helpful. Braden even provided the toll free number associated with online orders to see how the situation could be fixed and left us with the store manager's name (Matthew) if we had any other inquiries. After talking to a rep with the toll free number who basically did nothing and didnt even apologize for the mistake it left us feeling slightly defeated. We thought of calling the store manager Matthew to see if anything could be done. Matthew very apologetic and kind came to the rescue. Matthew went above and beyond for us and we totally appreciate it! This locations customer service is very refreshing and gives me hope for the future! Thanks for all your help again!
