- TRteagan reannaApr 9, 20265.0i just had the best experience shopping at this location, Angela was such a gem, she had such great advice on skin tints and cleansing oils. and Audrey just might be my new best friend, they were absolutely amazing to shop with and just converse with. it felt like a hangout between friends. i highly recommend visiting this location just for the opportunity to talk with the both of these amazing employees!!

Met with very aggressive remarks and condescending tones from the store manager, and two other employees. Was told to speak to customer service online even though the product was bought in store. Felt belittled and left very upset

He is so helpful finding scents in the category I’m looking for, and he has so much knowledge of them all! Every time I have left with a new perfume due to his service!! I hope he gets properly recognized by his team leader for his amazing customer service! I wish I caught his name so I could give him a shoutout! However, I gave 4 stars because I’ve come in a few times for a specific hair product that is constantly out of stock but have been told over and over again by two different ladies that it’ll be here next week on their delivery, but when I check the following week, it in fact wasn’t in their delivery. Just wish I could be given honest information if it is or isn’t on their delivery so I’m not wasting time coming back to the store for nothing.
