  I was sent to go get things, and Angela super friendly. She was a complete hero and helped me find everything very quickly and was amazing to deal with the whole time

  I always have excellent customer service from a man in the perfume section. He is so helpful finding scents in the category I’m looking for, and he has so much knowledge of them all! Every time I have left with a new perfume due to his service!! I hope he gets properly recognized by his team leader for his amazing customer service! I wish I caught his name so I could give him a shoutout! However, I gave 4 stars because I’ve come in a few times for a specific hair product that is constantly out of stock but have been told over and over again by two different ladies that it’ll be here next week on their delivery, but when I check the following week, it in fact wasn’t in their delivery. Just wish I could be given honest information if it is or isn’t on their delivery so I’m not wasting time coming back to the store for nothing.

  This store is pretty expensive but the workers are kind and helped me out while I was shopping today, I'll come back for sure!

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Sephora. I’ve visited many Sephora locations across Canada and the US, and Brandon’s location has been the absolute worst. Some employees were extremely rude and judgmental. When I chose not to buy a product they suggested, they rolled their eyes and acted like they knew everything I needed. Their explanations about store processes were delivered in a very rude and dismissive way. I felt completely uncomfortable the entire time. I will not be returning to this store. From now on, I’ll be ordering online instead of shopping at the Brandon Sephora.

  I’ve been here twice, and I’ve always had a great experience shopping. The employees let me take my time choosing the right fragrance and don’t hover around like others have mentioned. My second visit was even better because Dylan helped me and my mom find the perfect scent for her. I really hope that kind of customer service continues.
