  This store is pretty expensive but the workers are kind and helped me out while I was shopping today, I'll come back for sure!

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Sephora. I’ve visited many Sephora locations across Canada and the US, and Brandon’s location has been the absolute worst. Some employees were extremely rude and judgmental. When I chose not to buy a product they suggested, they rolled their eyes and acted like they knew everything I needed. Their explanations about store processes were delivered in a very rude and dismissive way. I felt completely uncomfortable the entire time. I will not be returning to this store. From now on, I’ll be ordering online instead of shopping at the Brandon Sephora.

  I’ve been here twice, and I’ve always had a great experience shopping. The employees let me take my time choosing the right fragrance and don’t hover around like others have mentioned. My second visit was even better because Dylan helped me and my mom find the perfect scent for her. I really hope that kind of customer service continues.

  Visited this location of Sephora multiple times with my friend since I am living in Brandon . We are like regular customers here and I would like to share that I have had the worst experience here from the employee especially the employee name Rosepreet . Everytime we are in store she has such unprofessional body language , so rude expressions , so mean and she is pretending to help when In real, she doesn’t want to help . Evrytime we are there she is like roaming around us and then going to another employee , this seems like they are talking about us and it literally made our visit so uncomfortable . We were matching a shade of foundation and used the big mirror to just see our face standing so behind it , not even touching nothing and she comes to us saying “guys you are not supposed to use this mirror “ . Like why, it’s just a mirror and we are not touching it ,not even close to the mirror. These thimgs are happening everytime we are coming in store . We tried to ignore her a couple of times but she is the same everytime. Your management team really needs to talk to her about this .

  One to many horrible experiences from myself and friends, you can’t even enjoy shopping here or looking around without being followed. I often find, it’s mainly alternative people being stereotyped and followed in the store. I don’t personally steal never have, but I’ve witnessed people who had massive theft hauls from here and I’ve seen people steal from Sephora and other stores. It be the most basic looking people every time, nice hair, nice nails, new clothes, nice makeup etc and you guys never catch them cause you’re too worried stereotyping the wrong people and following them around. A thief knows what you guys perceive to be thief’s, and that’s how they get away with it every time!. I don’t like shopping here it makes me and other shoppers uncomfortable get different staff atp.
