- AMAurora McLaughlinOct 1, 20251.0i went in for a hair cut, it was a very uncomfortable environment. The owner was off to the side, she seemed very overwhelmed and was complaining about employee / preview employees. She had nothing nice to say, besides they left her high and dry. In that moment that comment was made, I wanted to leave instantly. It seemed like the people who did work there, were walking on eggs shells. My husband had an appointment for an upcoming massage and it was canceled without a good reasoning, from my good guess it was from staff not lasting. I would rate a 0 if i could but unfortunately I can’t, I am point anyone and everyone to go to someone within the next 7 mile ratio. 10/10 most of them are cleaner, more homey, comfortable & better experience all around
