- PGPriya GaneshMar 2, 20261.0I had a very bad experience at this salon. My hair was down to my hips, and I asked for long layers. Instead, the stylist cut it all the way to my shoulders too short with different sizes both sides. This is not what I asked for at all.I am very disappointed, deeply hurt and upset,simple “sorry” at the end cannot fix this, please atleast don’t touch it if you don’t know how to do it. I will never recommend this salon to any of my friends 0 rating.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
