I went in looking for a trim, I came out with a choppy, sloppy bob. I thought for a quick trim I’d be okay getting a cheap haircut, but boy was I wrong.
Selena was my stylist. I asked to have my hair cut with a center part, keeping the long A-line shape that I already had. I asked Selena to take off what she thought it needed and maybe a little extra in the back so the a-line angle was a little more pronounced in the front. She cut it so short in the front and then asked how it was looking. I told her was not angled and she said she “rounded it a bit.” I pointed out that it was now shorter in the front and longer in the back and that it was explicitly what I didn’t want. I asked if I was using the wrong term by asking for an a-line cut and she actually said she thinks it’s a “v-line.” She kept cutting and cutting and I started to get so frustrated because it was getting so short and not at all what I asked for. She finally asked a colleague to help.
So, Alex came over and seemed to understand better what I was asking for. She tried to show Selena how to cut it with an a-line style. She seemed almost overly confident and cut very quickly. It seemed better but when she was done it still looked sloppy. So she chopped some more. It got to the point where i think we all felt like it just needed to stop.
I got home crying and mad. I liked my hair beforehand but wanted to clean up the split ends. I now have a choppy mess. After it dried. I saw how bad the cut actually was. I called and asked for a refund but they said no and that I could go back. I explained that I didn’t want to go back to them anymore. After speaking with the owner, my husband eventually got it refunded.

This is the worst of the worst. I went there and made a reservation, and when I got there, they didn't say anything for over an hour. They were just talking amongst themselves and didn't seem to care. So I just left. I wasted half a weekend. This is the worst hair salon I've ever been to.

Never again!!!!! this is the second time I tried GG once in Westford girl cut my hair so short I had to wear a cover in order to go in public for a month. This year I went to Leominster hoping the people were more experienced. I was so wrong, I asked the lady to cut my hair off my neck, she didn’t, I asked her not to cut it to short she did. She started cutting by parting down the middle and first cutting on my left side then she went to the right side and the back and then the top where I asked her to leave it 2 inches long. Turns out half of my head is shorter than the other side, my head is sore because of the way it was cut. I now have shorter hair than most men. Not only the salon workers can’t cut hair they can follow directions either. My first words to her was don’t cut it to short she heard me because she repeated it back to me but she did it anyway. Hot Mess!
