  I’ve given this place multiple tries, only one lady there knows how to cut hair first chair to the left.. all the other stylists butcher the most simple haircut and go straight to chopping hair without hesitation or concern

  We went to get my 9yr old daughter a haircut, she wanted to donate to wigs for kids. I was told westfield does not do that. She decided to still get her hair cut cause she was so excited. The lady who cut her hair was very friendly, but she rushed through it. We went on a Sat it was not busy we were the only ones there. She did not wash her hair, spray her hair with water, or style her hair. It was a 10min dry cut if that, for 25.00 dollars not including tip. For thag price I could have went to a better salon and got atleast a style after. When you leave a salon you want to show ur hair off, feel beautiful, my daughter did not for the first time because it was messy. The topping was my boyfriend, he asked for a skin tight fade with a #3 on top. The guy stated he knew how to do this with confidence. My boyfriend usually goes to a barber if his hair is not braided due to the type of hair he has. He decided to get it cut because we had went there before and a lady did a great job but she was not there this time. So this guy said he could do itm my boyfriends Haircut took about 5mins, he had to tell the guy this things were not right, which the guy did not seem to care much. At the end of it he is left with a line up that is HORRIBLE, the fade is not blended in, His neck was not even cleaned off, and he has longer spots in some spots. Had he took his time and put some effort maybe it would have come out better. But this was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately we will not be going back, I now have to spend more money to get his fixed which is crazy because his cut was 25.00 as well not including tax. I spent 60 dollars for 2 haircuts one which came out horrible and another for a child that is ok, its not bad, but I wish for the price more time was put into it, maybe a quick style. Honestly if u want something very very simple and don't care much I'd go there, otherwise take the extra 5 dollars and go to another salon like buggers, designer edge, tres lounge, ect... all great for the same price just about but includes more.

  Every time I go they never disappoint me at all never once. When I go through the door they remember my name and it’s always I nice conversation. One of the only places I get my hair cut due to the amazing staff that always take care of me
