She was very rude to my daughter. Asked her when the last time she washed her hair was and then went “mhm” right after, clearly insulting her. She isn’t grubby or dirty but did have rainbow earrings on so maybe this “stylist” was homophobic. Kept barking orders at her. Was rude from the start, too. I hesitated to even let my 14 year old go with her but figured maybe it was just that they were busy. My suspicions were confirmed after hearing my daughter tell me about her experience. I wish I had known while we were there how rude she was. I would have nit tipped as well as I did. Terrible experience for a 14 year old girl. Unprofessional, rude, and seemed unable to manage the fact that it was a little busy. If you don’t like people don’t pick a profession where you work with them.
