- BSBBB SAS6 days ago1.0!!!SCAM ALERT !!! After my haircut, I informed the staff about my $5 coupon from Great Clip. She claimed it wouldn’t work without even trying. When I insisted she enter the coupon code, the system gave me $5 off, and the new total was reflected in the card scanner. However, she immediately removed the applied coupon (which worked) and said it didn’t work. Additionally, this store claims that online check-in isn’t available before 2 hours of closing time, claiming more than expected foot traffic. But that’s not true.

Set up an appointment on a Monday afternoon and waited a very long time before I finally got the text message. Showed up and the woman at the register totally ignored me and finally told me she was busy and take a seat. After I sat for 10 minutes she asked me what my number was and then disappeared into the back of the store with a laundry basket full of stuff……and never reappeared. After a half hour of sitting there I left and went home….and decided that from this point forward I’ll ask my wife for a haircut or do it myself. I can’t stand rudeness and wasting time.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
