Having gone through chemo and having my hair thin out and grow back at varying rates, and a previous stylist who no longer works there but had done a hack job, I felt anything but beautiful.... Michelle took one look and brought me directly to her chair. What followed can best be described as pure magic......and fun !! Michelle started snipping away, pausing to assess each angle. Since she was also correcting the mistakes of a previous stylist, she was able to turn this into a teaching moment for a Jr stylist. She showed her exactly what had been done incorrectly and how to fix each problem. Michelle upheld a high level of professionalism all while keeping a running conversation which included much laughter.....we had such a good time, and even included others who arrived for their appointments. It turned into quite the party atmosphere. After being sick for two years and feeling "not my best", to have such a caring individual such as Michelle take care of me was the absolute best medicine. When I left, I not only felt beautiful, I felt completely uplifted. Michelle is truly a gem and asset to the salon.
