While the consultant was knowledgeable, she knew immediately that the brand of extensions the shop uses do not have a good match for my hair type. I was charged the full $50.00 consult fee (that they put toward the service you’re consulting about) and received a call a few days later that they don’t have a match. Feels a bit scammy.
