  The plus-sized employee with the consistently bad attitude made this experience miserable. We had an issue with her two years ago, and this was our first time back since hoping she wouldn't be working there still. Unfortunately, she was there again. She was extremely rude and even gave us false information, claiming a specific product couldn’t be found at any other store due to a “national” shortage. We went to another Sephora immediately after, and the product was fully stocked. The staff there had no idea what she was referring to. On top of that, this location barely had anything in stock, almost every product we asked for came with an excuse as to why it wasn’t available. The overall experience was incredibly unprofessional. Her attitude alone is enough to drive customers away, and you are absolutely losing sales because of it. I won’t be returning to this location.

  Went in to purchase my Murad acne serum. Got home and realized it had expired in July?? Went to return and they did not have any in stock that didn't expire in July. I was issued a refund for the discounted price even though I had used my beauty insider points for $10 off, and did not receive any of my points back either. The woman issuing the refund was rude and short with me. Just save yourself and go to a regular sephora

  Sales person wouldn’t take no for an answer when I didn’t want to sign up for anything and became rude and snarky about it.
