  I’m extremely disappointed with this business. I’ve called on four separate occasions and not once has anyone answered the phone. I even filled out their online contact form, but still haven’t received any response. I sent an email today as well but still nothing. To make matters worse, there’s no communication on their website, voicemail message, or social media indicating they might be closed or unavailable. I already go to a different medspa but since moving I was hoping to find one that was closer. There was one medspa I called that didn’t answer their phone but when I sent an email, they replied within seconds. When I ultimately called the medspa that I’m established at, their voicemail message listed their vacation hours and their social media pages had it posted everywhere too. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service at this place is unacceptable. If they can’t even be bothered to answer their phone or respond to inquiries, I can only imagine how unreliable their actual services might be. I won’t be wasting any more time trying to get in touch and would not recommend this business to anyone.

  Taylor is the most thorough and thoughtful clinician that I have ever worked with. She spent a significant amount of time with me pre-treatment, discussing options, my concerns, and realistic outcome possibilities. Her knowledge of the procedures and products she provides is vast, however her great gift is her artistic eye. I would highly recommend her!

  Taylor is extremely intelligent, talented, beautiful and warm. I just turned 62 and Taylor has turned back the clock! I did Botox, Sculptra and Restylane over a 4 month process. I look very natural and not “overdone”, and left a previous cosmetic MD because of an “overdone” look I don’t like. Taylor has an amazing eye for achieving the best aesthetic, I trust her completely. She does her homework before appointments to know what would work best for me, and we work collaboratively, to achieve the best result. Because of Taylor, I am the poster woman for 62!   Taylor is not only the sweetest person, easy to talk to, and explains everything but also she made me so much more confident and comfortable in my own skin. You need to book a service with Taylor immediately!!
