If their ability to operate a salon is any indication of their hair-cutting skills, I’m grateful they’ve never touched my hair. First attempt: the Saturday after Thanksgiving. I arrived right when they were supposedly open. The salon was completely dark. No staff. No sign. I waited around for 15 minutes before accepting the obvious: no one was coming. Strike one. Second attempt: today, January 3, 2026, around 3:15 PM. I checked in through the app and was instructed to go into the salon. When I arrived, I was stopped at the door—not by an employee, but by a random man who I assume was a parent of a child getting a haircut—who bluntly told me, “She’s not open.” The stylist was actively cutting a child’s hair and honestly looked uncomfortable, possibly even distressed. When I said, “Oh, you’re not open?” to give her a chance to answer, the same man repeated, “Yeah, she’s not open,” as if he worked there. Unprofessional, disorganized, and borderline absurd. Inconsistent hours, inaccurate app check-ins, and allowing non-employees to act as gatekeepers is not how you run a business. I will not be returning to this location, and I’d strongly advise others not to waste their time either.
- SMS McdonaldDec 19, 20252.0On 12/19/25 I book a hair cut appointment at 3:00 with my great clip app. It said i was 4th in line and had 30mins then 16mins then i drove to the salon. Then the app told me i had 0mins. I get out of my vehicle the light were still on in the salon as I was walking towards the door the girl was locking the door. I told her i had book the appointment and it told me to come to the salon. She claims her system was down. Ya right the lights were on prior to her locking the door and none of the one of businesses next to the salon had power issues. She was the only one there it was friday and after 3:15. She shut all the lights off and there was no system issue. She just didn't want to stay and do another hair appointment. 🙄 This place is so difficult to get an appointment because half the time they are never open and have staff that dont want to work a full day. Time to find another salon.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
